Refund policy

• Tarrab should be informed of any problems with the product within 7 days of delivery.

• Products can be returned if there is a manufacturing defect: Item(s) needs to be returned within 7 days from the delivery date. However, once determined that other factors caused the damage/issue, the products cannot be returned.

• Refund and exchange are allowed within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

• The items can be exchanged within 7 days from the delivery date for deliveries within the UAE. As for the items purchased overseas, this should be done within 15 days starting from the delivery date. However, delivery charges will be applied.

• If you have received an item(s) that is defective (e.g., delivered with ripped or missing parts or any damage), it may be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval.

• If the product(s) to be exchanged with the one purchased first has a higher cost than the one purchased first, the price difference should be paid by the customer. If the product(s) to be exchanged with the one purchased first has a lower cost than the one purchased first, the customer receives the price-difference from Tarrab.

• Item(s) purchased on Tarrab.co may be returned and/or exchanged directly at the nearest Tarrab branch.


Please remember:

• The item(s) to be exchanged should be within its original packaging and its original unopen seal, along with the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note, accessories, and free gifts.

• Returns will not be authorized for items sold under special offers. 

• We reserve the right to refuse to accept to return any item for any reason.

• All returned items must be pre-authorized before they are returned to the store.
