Shipping policy

Tarrab ensures proper packing for each item. The following are the shipping terms and conditions for items purchased in tarrab.co :

• Deliveries within the UAE are free for orders over AED 999.
• Deliveries within Saudi Arabia are free for orders over SAR 1999.
• For orders under AED 999 within the UAE, a delivery charge of AED 50 will be added.
• Shipment outside the UAE / International Shipping will have a different freight cost depending on the weight and address of the shipment.
• Installation charges only apply to lightings and not to furniture or accessories.
• Furniture and accessories will only be delivered to the customer's doorstep, not carried inside the house.
• Customers should not make any requests from the delivery personnel that are not related to Tarrab Trading's products.
• Deliveries will be sent to the address provided. If the customer needs to change their delivery address, they must inform Tarrab Trading via email to info@tarrab.net or help@tarrab.co before the order is shipped.
• Customers must ensure that someone is present to receive their package upon delivery.

Tarrab will deliver and set up any of the items purchased from Tarrab Trading LLC. However, due to liability issues, the delivery personnel will not:

• Move furnishings other than the items sold by Tarrab Trading LLC.
• Install televisions, electronics, appliances, or electronic devices other than those that Tarrab Trading LLC sells.
• Pick up any used furniture.

Any exceptions to these terms and conditions must be arranged prior to the customer's new items being delivered and presented in writing.
